Distributed execution, authorization, GitOps configuration sync, runner orchestration across Docker and Kubernetes, and the evidence model that ties it together.
The hard parts are durability and correctness: state transitions that survive restarts, retries that cannot duplicate non-idempotent actions, and authorization that fails closed.
