Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Hossein Yousefi, trading as NopsAI in the Netherlands. NopsAI is not yet registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce; these terms will be reissued in the name of the registered company once it is. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Website use
Content on nopsai.com is provided for information. Product capabilities described here reflect the current self-hosted product position and may change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer, a warranty, or a commitment to deliver a particular feature.
Product terms
Deployment, support, licensing, service levels and warranty terms are set out in the commercial agreement. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement, varies it, or may be relied on in place of it. Where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the agreement governs.
Intellectual property
The NopsAI name, logo, product screenshots, page copy and design are ours or our licensors'. You may quote or link to this site with attribution. You may not reuse the branding or present our material as your own.
The webfonts on this site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and remain the property of their respective authors.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful material.
Security researchers are welcome. If you find a vulnerability, report it to [email protected] and we will work with you; see the security page for what we commit to.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
